Observation

Licensor observed window blind in licensed space with an inner cord capable of forming a loop. Licensor observed a fence in the yard that is in poor repair, with sections down, that have splinted and/or sharp edges, protruding nails, or other dangers that are in licensed space accessible to children. Licensor observed hutches and other cabinets that were not securely anchored in licensed space. Licensor did not observe a pressure gate at the bottom of the stairs to prevent child access and did not observe a pressure gate on at the bottom of the deck stairway.
